Trail description
Start at the lake and cross the road. Walk up into the residential area and follow a small paved then gravel road past a small campground on the right.
It took us 2h up through the forest and 1h back down. The trail is an easy forest trail but it's quite steep. You'll have beautiful views from the top and if you have more time or energy you can continue on the ridgline and make it a full dayhike.
Have a look at Yamap at the many trails on the ridgeline.
